We collect personal information for customer relationship management purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the agreement between us and the legal obligations arising therefrom. The provision of personal information is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract. In other words, you cannot order goods from our online store unless you provide your personal information.

We also collect personal information for marketing purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent.

We do not make profiling and automated decisions about you.

Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions include the terms and conditions for the use of Tervas Productions Oy’s (“Service Provider”) online service (“Service”) and the ordering and delivery of products. By registering for the Service or purchasing products from the Service, the user of the Service (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Service contains notices and instructions specifying these terms.

All rights in the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider. The Service Provider has the right to change these terms and conditions. The Customer accepts the changes when using the Service. The current terms and conditions are available on the Service Provider’s website.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the information on the manufacturers of the products sold on the Service.

Ordering and Delivery of Products
As a rule, we deliver orders to the EU, if the delivery area is otherwise restricted, the restrictions will be stated in the Service.

The price, shipping methods and shipping costs for each product are listed on the product page or at checkout. At the same time, any restrictions on the availability of the product will also be stated. Downloadable products are available anywhere in the world where internet access and payment services are available.

Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. Logistics companies, e.g. DHL Express, might also add a service fee for declaring your item on your behalf. The value of the package will be listed directly on your package or transmitted digitally as required by customs authorities. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift”, “sample”, “educational” or lower the values.

Customer may place an order on the Service either after registering with the Service or without registering. The Order is binding on the Customer.

Products ordered and in stock will be shipped within about one week of ordering. The Service Provider will indicate on the Service the estimated delivery times for the products for other orders.

In the event of delivery problems with the ordered product, the Service Provider Customer Service will contact the Customer. In the event of a balance error, the Service Provider will notify the Customer of the balance error and refund the value of the undelivered product to the payment method used in the order.

Payment options

Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Jousto and Mash.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Mash: Mash invoice and part-payment is available to over 20 years old consumers having a permanent address in Finland. More information about Mash: https://www.mash.com/en/services/customer

Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review.

Order Cancellation and Refund Right
Customer may not cancel an order made and paid on the Service if the product has already been shipped out of stock. If an order is not picked up, the order will be treated as a canceled order.

Delivered Products have 14 days return policy from the time of receipt. You can change the size or color of the product you ordered when returning. Return shipping bills are shipped with the same shipping method as the order. Return the product as soon as possible after completing the replacement notification. If the customer does not return the product within 14 days of the return notification, the product will be removed from the reservation and returned for sale.

The consumer must regard the product as essentially unchanged and unabated until he has decided to keep the product. The product must be returned in its original marketable packaging. Please keep the order shipping box or pack the product in a separate shipping material upon return. If the product or product package does not meet the terms of the contract, we will not accept a refund and the product will be returned to the customer.

The product is not unused if the product shows clear signs of wear and / or dirt. The return must include the Original Package as well as all parts, documents and packaging materials included in the pack. Products made or modified to the customer’s specifications are not subject to exchange or return. Such products include custom-made or customized products such as engraving.

Notice of exercising the right of return must be given to the Service Provider within the above 14 days and the Product must be returned within 14 days thereafter.

The date of purchase of the product is the date on which the product package is redeemed or the date of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate the redemption date, if necessary.

The service provider pays the shipping costs of the returned product, if it is possible to deliver the returned product as a regular parcel or letter and the parcel or letter has been sent from Finland.

The Service Provider will refund Customer’s payment for the return of the product no later than 14 days after the product arrives at the online store. If you return all items in your order, the shipping costs of your order will also be refunded (except for items shipped as Special Delivery Unit). Returning only some of the products will not be refunded for your order.

Promotional benefits granted by the service provider cannot be converted into cash. If the conditions for obtaining a promotional benefit (such as a discount) are not met at the time of the customer return, the amount corresponding to the benefit value will be withheld at the time of the refund. When replacing the product size or color, you will receive the replacement product for the same price as your original order.

The product delivered to the customer is accompanied by a shipment list, which is also a product warranty certificate. Provider’s longer warranty is not binding on the Service Provider.

Replacement or repair under the Product Warranty does not extend the original Warranty Period of the Product;

The Service Provider may be released from warranty if it can be proved that the Product is defective or damaged as a result of an accident, improper use or use of the Product, or any other matter at the Customer’s risk.

The customer must notify the guarantor of the defect in the product within a reasonable time after the customer discovered or should have discovered the defect.

Other terms and conditions
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay caused by force majeure.

Any dispute between the Customer and the Service Provider regarding the contract shall be governed by Finnish law.

The Service Provider is liable under the Consumer Protection Act for the products it sells. In the event of a product failure, you must always contact Tervas Productions Customer Service first by sending an email to info@tervasoutdoor.com.
It is always possible to submit a dispute between the Service Provider and the Customer to the Consumer Dispute Board.

All rights in the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider. The Service Provider has the right to change these terms and conditions. The Customer accepts the changes when using the Service. The current terms and conditions are available on the Service Provider’s website.
